4Advisors, also known as Independent or RIA and Independent Advisors was founded by Phil Ratcliff who founded rebel Financial back in 2013. Unfortunately, it was a tragic experience of legal battles leaving from his captive insurance broker dealer and once navigating it, Phil wanted to start and organization dedicated in a conflict free manner helping other advisors that wanted to start their own independent financial firms, give guidance, and connect inspiring independent advisors with advisors that have made the transition already.
